In garlic, alliin and enzyme alliinase are present separately from each other, because of chewing and digestive process inside animal GUT alliin (inactive form) interacts with alliinase and active metabolite form of allicin is produced which has several beneficial actions of animal health & performance. Allinol Plus unique formulation technology keeps alliin (Diallyl thiosulfinates) intact and releases the same inside GUT just like actual garlic however in much concentrated form to have its synergistic action along with MOS.
